The bench is manufactured from galvanized steel and features a welded steel mesh seat with 15 mm mesh spacing. This open mesh design promotes airflow, allows rainwater to drain quickly, and helps keep the seating surface dry and comfortable after wet weather. The sturdy φ60 mm round tube supports provide excellent structural stability while maintaining a streamlined appearance.

To ensure exceptional outdoor durability, every steel component undergoes rust removal, degreasing, and hot-dip treatment before receiving a premium DuPont outdoor powder coating. This advanced surface protection provides excellent adhesion and outstanding resistance to corrosion, impact, abrasion, UV exposure, moisture, aging, acids, alkalis, and harsh weather conditions. The durable finish also minimizes fading and reduces maintenance requirements over years of continuous outdoor use.

Available in standard 4-foot, 6-foot, and 8-foot lengths, the FS47 can also be manufactured in custom sizes to meet specific project requirements.
