Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we are a factory. We are specialized in producing all kinds of outdoor furniture.

Do you offer custom design?

Absolutely! Our structures can be customized to suit your specific needs from components to size to colors, almost everything is customizable! We will be more than happy to provide a unique design at no cost to you!

I don't see the product I am looking for on your website ? Do you offer other products besides what are shown online?

What you see online or in any of our literature is just a small sampling of the products we offer. Don't see what you are looking for? Contact one of our outdoor public furniture Specialists and let us know what you need. We can provide you with a quote upon your specific requirements .

Can I know your warranty ?

Every Arlau product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 full year from the date of shipment. Misuse, neglect or alteration of product is not covered under this warranty.

What is the standard of package?

Export standard package or special package according to customer requirement.

Do you accept OEM business?

Yes, we are OEM supplier.

what kind of certificate you have ?

We have ISO9001, ISO14001,ISO45001,SGS.

What is your payment situation?

30% deposit should be paid before production and 70% of the final payment should be made before shipment.

How do you control your quality?

In order to ensure product quality, every production process is strictly inspected from all aspects by a professional quality control team, and this care makes every product meet the requirements.
