02 Design

Our company has a professional design team that is dedicated to serving you throughout the entire process, completely free of charge.

We can design based on the drawings or ideas you provide. Of course, you can also refer to the suggestions of our designers.

03 Sample

We typically create a brand new sample for you based on the design within 7 days. This enables you to see the finished product before placing an order, satisfying all your requirements regarding product quality, style, and more.

By examining the sample, you can assess the craftsmanship, the material quality, and the overall aesthetic to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

This way, you can have confidence in Arlau products and proceed with our subsequent cooperation with peace of mind. The sample serves as a guarantee of our commitment to quality and your satisfaction.

04 Order

When placing an order, we require a 30% advance payment of the total order amount. The payment methods include: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money gram, etc. The transaction methods include: DDP, FOB, EXW, FCA, FAS, CFR, CPT, CIF, CIP, DAF, DES, DEQ, DDU, etc.

Our business team will prepare a detailed purchase contract for you that is legally protected. This contract will clearly outline all the terms and conditions, including product specifications, delivery dates, payment schedules, and any other relevant details to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction. With this clear and structured order process, you can have peace of mind knowing that your purchase is handled professionally and securely.

05 Production

We will complete the production of all your products within the stipulated time in the contract. Throughout every stage of the process, from raw materials to manufacturing to the finished product, we strictly control and inspect to ensure that there are no issues with your products.

During this period, you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory for inspection. This gives you the opportunity to see firsthand how your products are being made and the level of care and attention we put into each step.

06 Delivery

Before shipping, we need you to pay the remaining 70% of the payment. We will ship the goods to you in a timely manner based on the transaction method stipulated in the contract. For example, if the agreed transaction method is FOB (Free on Board), the goods will be delivered at the port of shipment, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and risks from that point onwards.
