The frame of the arlau picnic table is made from 10mm steel plate, so called because of the resistance welding method used in the manufacturing process, which combines heat and pressure to create a very consistent and strong forged weld.

arlau Mild steel square plates are extremely high performance and reliability no matter how they are used, and are also seen as a very 'green' choice as they are widely recyclable. The advantage of mild steel square boxes is the strength and light weight of this structure. Powder Coated Non-Stock Colours - The welds are ground down and sanded back to a smooth surface, they are then degreased and powder coated in a non-stock colour to provide a high quality wear resistant coating to prevent rusting. Please note - if you would like a non-stock colour please message us at the time of purchase with the colour required.
