Arlau bins are simple, economical, large in capacity, and strong for modern areas. Arlau bins are available in all-steel or steel-wood versions, with a black plastic-coated steel frame and slats on the top cover, or in wooden versions, with a black plastic-coated steel frame and wooden slats with a classic merlot finish. It is suitable for both rural and urban environments, especially schools, parks and playgrounds. Arlau bins are available in bolt-on versions.

Customized hardwood sorting bins

The trash bin measures 710 × 425 × 1025 mm and features a large-capacity dual compartment design suitable for waste classification in high traffic public environments. The exterior is available in 20 mm thick plastic wood or solid wood panels, creating a clean and natural appearance that fits modern landscape projects.

The lid is manufactured from 1.2 mm galvanized steel plate or stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The strong frame uses 80 × 40 mm rectangular steel tubing with powder coating treatment to improve structural stability and weather resistance.

Inside the unit, removable galvanized steel liners with 0.35–0.5 mm thickness simplify waste collection and cleaning operations. The steel frame and inner barrels receive powder spraying treatment for additional protection against rust, fading, and outdoor exposure.

Solid wood surfaces are finished with three layers of outdoor protective paint, while plastic wood materials offer excellent resistance against moisture, corrosion, insect infestation, and aging. The combination of steel and wood materials helps create a durable waste management solution suitable for both rural and urban environments.
