【Manufacturing Method】

1. There are two types of special-shaped steel grating plates: machine welding and manual production. Triangle and trapezoidal steel grating plates are usually machine welded, then cut with gas welding and wrapped on the edges.

2. Handmade steel grating is mainly aimed at irregular steel grating such as circular, semi-circular, arc-shaped, and fan-shaped. Due to the different sizes of each flat steel of the irregular steel grating, it must be manually welded and fixed. Although this is relatively laborious, it can make the steel grating more beautiful and save raw materials to a great extent.
