Built with 3-inch (76mm) 11-gauge tubular steel U-legs, this bench offers a lighter, more modern alternative to bulky cast iron designs—without sacrificing strength. The 22-inch wide perforated metal seat (2.0–2.5mm thick stainless steel) ensures excellent airflow, preventing heat buildup in summer and allowing rain to drain quickly, reducing slip hazards and maintenance needs.

The thermoplastic coating (applied via electrostatic spray) provides a tough, textured finish that resists chipping, graffiti, UV fading, and corrosion. Combined with galvanized steel frame (φ60mm) and 304 stainless steel hardware, the bench is built to endure rain, salt spray, extreme temperatures, and constant public use—outlasting wood and plastic alternatives by decades.
