Structural Composition: Built with a 2.5mm laser cut steel plate seat supported by Φ48*2.5mm round tube brackets. The frame integrates 42mm diameter steel tube beams reinforced with 6.0mm thick curved steel plates and rolled edges to prevent bending.

Surface Protection: Dual-layer protection using thermoplastic coating or two layers of electrostatic spraying. Applied with DuPont outdoor environmental protection paint or Aksu Changcheng outdoor environmentally friendly paint for UV resistance and color retention.

Vandal Resistance: The polyester powder coat forms a seamless barrier that resists graffiti, making cleaning simple without damaging the finish. Reinforced rounded straps and rolled edges prevent prying and physical damage.

Customization: Available in 4-foot, 6-foot, and 8-foot lengths. Supports freestanding or surface-mount installation. Custom engravings available for donor recognition or memorial applications.
