Wooden Outdoor Bench for Parks Hospitals and Waiting Areas

The FW36 Garden Park Leisure Wood Bench is designed for public environments where durability and comfort are important. It is widely used in parks, hospital waiting areas, clinics, airports, gardens, and public squares. The simple structure and sturdy materials make the bench suitable for long-term outdoor installation.

The frame of the bench is made from φ42mm steel pipe, providing strong structural support and reliable stability. The steel surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, which improves corrosion resistance and helps the bench withstand outdoor weather conditions such as humidity and sunlight.

The seat surface can be manufactured with plastic wood or solid wood such as melbaby wood or crabapple wood, with a thickness of 30mm. Solid wood creates a natural appearance that fits well in parks and landscaped areas, while plastic wood provides moisture resistance, insect resistance, and low maintenance for outdoor use.

To improve durability and environmental protection, solid wood surfaces are coated with three layers of outdoor protective paint. This treatment enhances resistance to moisture, sunlight, and daily wear, ensuring long service life in outdoor environments.

The bench uses 304 stainless steel screws to ensure stable assembly and prevent rust during long-term use. This improves structural reliability, especially in public spaces with frequent use.

Multiple size options including 4 feet, 6 feet, and 8 feet allow the bench to accommodate different installation spaces and seating needs. The wide seating design can comfortably support several users at the same time, making it suitable for waiting areas in hospitals and clinics.
