Thermoplastic coated octagonal picnic table

Arlau’s 46” Octagonal Table features a straight-through design with a molded 11-gauge corner frame 1” x 1-7/8” for the tabletop and chair frame, with a 7-gauge x 1-1/2” flat steel center support and mounting bracket understructure. The Arlau tabletop also features 7-gauge x 1-1/2” flat steel support corners.

Arlau’s tabletop and chairs feature 3/4” #9 diamond pattern expanded steel. The tabletop and chairs are coated with a furnace-melted functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic fluidized bed coating that provides excellent mechanical properties, impact resistance, and UV stability.

arlau’s portable picnic table frames are 1-5/8" OD x 14 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing, and the cross braces are 1.029 OD x 15 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The brace attachment points are 1-1/2" x 2" x 3/16" steel first poles, and the trigger mounting points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2" stamped steel flat poles. The legs are bent on a mandrel to produce a wrinkle-free bend. The legs are pre-drilled for optional surface mounting. The frame is electrostatically powder coated. All arlau hardware fasteners are 304 stainless steel.
