Heavy Duty 46 Inch Round Picnic Table with Umbrella Hole

arlau's 46" round table features a walk-in design and the tabletop and seating are 11 molded corner brackets measuring 1' X 1-7/8" with 3" radius corners. The tabletop and seating are precision stamped with 5/8" holes to create the perforation pattern and the tabletop and seating are 3/4" #9 diamond pattern expanded steel. arlau's tabletop and seating are coated with a furnace melt functionalized polyethylene copolymer based thermoplastic fluidized bed coating that provides excellent mechanical properties, impact resistance, and UV stability.

arlau's round table frame is 1-5/8" OD x 14 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing, and the cross braces are 1.029 OD x 15 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The brace attachment points are 1-1/2" x 2" x 3/16" steel first bars, and the trigger mounting points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2" stamped steel flat bars. The legs are bent on a mandrel to produce a wrinkle-free bend. The legs are pre-drilled for optional surface mounting. arlau's frame assemblies are MIG welded, and the frame coating is electrostatic powder coated and oven cured. All hardware fasteners are stainless steel.
